Young Researchers 3MT® Competition
Sandra Rodini won 2nd place in the Young Researchers 3MT® Competition – “My Research and Marconi’s Legacy”, held on February 6, 2026, during the event “Beyond the Spark: New Frontiers in RadioScience” organized by URSI-ITALIA. The competition challenges young researchers to present their research clearly and effectively in just three minutes.
EuMA Intership award
Rana Muhammad Hasan Bilal, PhD student in Information Engineering at the University of Pisa, received the 2025 European Microwave Association (EuMA) Internship Award, granted to fewer than 10% of applicants. The €4,500 award supports a research stay of at least three months, which he chose to carry out at the University of Birmingham.
