A recent achievement

Happy to share that our paper “Design of Linear and Planar Arrays With Low Sidelobe Levels and High Directivity Using Two-Way Array Factor” is among the “24 Most Read Articles Published in 2024” of the IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation.

Really proud of the work done together with Rathod Rajender, Suvadeep Choudhury, K. R. Subhashini, Gabriele Ciarpi and Daniele Rossi.

Award (from DII website)

We are pleased to announce that Suvadeep Choudhury has won the 2024 IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society Fellowship (IEEE APS-F) Award for his research project on “Mechanically reconfigurable metagrated RIS for next-generation wireless transceivers” under the supervision of Prof. Simone Genovesi!

The research focuses on the design of a mechanically-reconfigurable intelligent surface that can enhance the wireless connection between users or devices within the industrial environment addressed in the Crosslab project.

The IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society Fellowship Program promotes areas of interest to AP-S among graduate students and postdoctoral fellows worldwide to facilitate their career pursuit in these areas. Under this program, the researchers affiliated with an academic institute and mentored by a faculty supervisor for the academic year 2024-2025 receive support (a grant of $5000) from the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society to develop their research project.

Kudos to Suvadeep for this great achievement!
