I am full professor of Food Policy at the Department of Agriculture, Food and Environment. I am coordinator of the bachelor course Viticulture and Enology. I am also editor in chief of the journal Agricultural and Food Economics.
My research activity regards innovation in agriculture and rural areas, sustainability of food systems, role of small farming in rural development and in food security. I am currently involved in a number of H2020 projects such as:
