My research areas focus on political participation and behavior, gender and politics, and party politics. I aim to explore how gender dynamics play a role in the way political participation unfolds.
I teach political science, comparative and European politics. Besides research and teaching, I serve as research consultant for several civil society organizations. Since 2020, I have been a member of the Pool of European Youth Researchers of the Council of Europe – European Commission. Since 2025, I have been acting as consultant for the Council of Europe Steering Committee on Democracy to enhance the inclusivity of electoral processes. Working on several collaborative projects, I also gained significant experience on project writing skills, open access, dissemination and communication.
