The research in the design of user experiences and interactive devices for rehabilitation embraces a wide range of engineering activities. The aim is to explore design metodologies and innovative solutions in the fields of 3D scanning, additive manufacturing and virtual reality.
The first Conference on User Experience Design for Virtual Rehabilitation (UX4VRehab) includes also two workshops and different tracks with call for papers. All accepted works will be published on a special issue on the Computer-Aided Design and Application International Journal indexed also on Scopus, Crossref and Google Scholar
The Conference is hosted by the University of Pisa and organizied as part of the PRIME-VR2 project aimed at developing innovative 3D-printed bespoke controllers and the supporting IT platform for rehabilitation purposes.
The UX4VRehab Conference is free of charge and will be held at Le Benedettine, Lungarno Sonnino 18, Pisa. We are hoping to safely welcome you in Pisa on 13-14 October 2022. We are currently planning to adopt an hybrid mode of attendance.
