Principali interessi di ricerca:
- Studio dei processi psicologico-sociali legati alla creazione e al mantenimento di disuguaglianze sociali nelle comunità e nei contesti organizzativi.
- Benessere organizzativo in contesti professionali socio-sanitari e di servizio sociale, con particolare attenzione alla complessità dei nuclei sociali e culturali delle organizzazioni, in termini di analisi delle richieste e risorse organizzative e personali che contribuiscono all’adeguato funzionamento di tali contesti.
- Valutazione degli outcomes psicologico-sociali in progetti mirati a ridurre la povertà educativa.
