\n2004: PhD. in \u201cModern Literatures – English Literature\u201d (University of Pisa);
\n2006-current: Researcher (tenured position), University of Pisa, Dept. of Philology, Literature and Linguistics (formerly: Dept. of English).
\n2012-2020: National Scientific Habilitation (ASN 2012 \u2013 Associate Professor)<\/p>\n

Research interests<\/strong>
\nMy research interests focus on Metaphysical poetry (G. Herbert), Romantic poetry (J. Keats), Renaissance literature (W. Shakespeare), Linguistics, Literary theory, Literature and the visual arts, Cognitive Psychology and Jungian analysis.<\/p>\n

Within these fields, my most recent publications include five monographs (Le figure femminili nella scrittura di Keats. Un’indagine junghiana, 2016; A Clockwork Orange: l’arte come ultra-violenza, 2010; \u201cBroken in pieces all asunder\u201d: il paradigma della tortura in The Temple, 2009; \u201cI do believe her though I know she lies\u201d.
