Cos\u00ec, si mangia spesso pi\u00f9 per<strong>&nbsp;abitudine o per noia&nbsp;<\/strong>che per vera fame. Vediamo l\u2019orologio indicare le 13 e, anche se il nostro organismo non sta dando alcun segnale di appetito, interrompiamo quello che stiamo facendo e mettiamo sotto i denti qualche cosa, che sia lo snack alla macchinetta del caff\u00e8 o il pranzo. Non \u00e8 affatto detto, infatti, che&nbsp;<strong>la fame&nbsp;<\/strong>sia sempre il segnale del corpo che indica la necessit\u00e0 di mangiare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dominare il nostro appetito<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A influenzare la salute e il metabolismo quando ci sediamo a tavola non \u00e8 solo il tipo di alimenti che si consumano e la quantit\u00e0, ma anche<strong>&nbsp;l\u2019ordine<\/strong>&nbsp;in cui li si assume. Ed \u00e8 proprio questo uno dei filoni di ricerca che sta crescendo di pi\u00f9 per aiutare, tra le altre cose, a&nbsp;<strong>dominare il nostro appetito<\/strong>. \u00abIn questo modo non si chiede di digiunare, di saltare i pasti o di evitare specifici alimenti, ma di mangiare meglio magari anticipando una portata a un\u2019altra\u00bb, spiega <strong>Domenico Tric\u00f2<\/strong>, ricercatore in Medicina Interna presso l\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Pisa e dirigente medico presso la sezione di Dietologia e Nutrizione Clinica dell\u2019Azienda Ospedaliero Universitaria Pisana.
